Donna is a dedicated litigator with a wide range of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the public as well as private sectors. She focuses her practice on complex commercial matters, regulatory inquiries and investigations, and domestic arbitrations involving individual and institutional clients in the financial services, technology, insurance, legal, sports and entertainment industries. These representations have included pursuing and defending claims of breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, fraud, unfair trade practices, RICO, antitrust violations, fraudulent conveyance, defamation, and employment discrimination.
Donna began her career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City, where she was a litigation associate from 2006-2007 and 2009-2015. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nina Gershon in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York from 2008-2009 and as an Enforcement Attorney for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau from 2015-2016. Donna joined Deary Ray LLP shortly after her family moved to Dallas, TX in 2016.
