Tyler has significant experience representing businesses and individuals in high-stakes litigation. His primary focus is fighting for victims of financial fraud. He brings to each case a spirit of competitiveness, tenacity, and attention to detail, along with an ability to effectively advocate with his pen and at counsel’s table. His clients have run the gamut from local entrepreneurs and professionals to Fortune 500 companies. Although Tyler has over a decade of experience in Texas courtrooms, he regularly achieves victories for clients in state and federal courts and arbitrations across the country, in disputes involving contracts, partnerships, professional liability, fraud, employment law, commercial construction, oil and gas, bankruptcy, consumer law, and intellectual property. Tyler also regularly briefs state and federal appellate courts on critical issues.
Before joining Deary Ray in 2013, Tyler spent five years in the trial section of Baker Botts, L.L.P. He also had the privilege of interning for the Honorable Irma C. Ramirez, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas where he gained a first-hand insight into federal court practice.
