Donna is an experienced litigator that has prosecuted and defended a wide range of matters in both the public and private sectors. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation on behalf of individual and institutional clients in state and federal courts across the country as well as in arbitrations. Her experience also extends to handling white-collar criminal defense matters, internal investigations and state and federal regulatory inquiries investigations, including by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and state Attorneys General.
John represents parties to high-stakes commercial disputes and class actions on both sides of the docket that often involve allegations of financial fraud. His experience also extends to actions involving contractual breaches, secured transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, trusts, oil and gas disputes, consumer law, and voting rights act cases. These representations occur in federal court, state court, and arbitrations. His experience encompasses every phase of litigation, from initial pleadings to discovery, motion practice, jury selection, judgments, and appeals. Thompson Reuters has selected John for inclusion to its Texas Rising Star list in Business Litigation each year from 2016 to 2018.
Tyler has spent his career representing business and individuals in high-stakes litigation. He primarily focuses on recovering damages for victims of financial fraud but also has considerable experience in disputes involving contracts, partnerships, professional liability, employment law, commercial construction, oil and gas, and consumer law. He is at home in trial and appellate courts in Texas and throughout the country as well as in arbitrations. Tyler takes pride in representing a wide-range of clients—from local entrepreneurs and professionals to Fortune 500 companies.
